Are you curious about transitioning to a plant-based diet but unsure where to start? This Plant-Based Transition Coaching package is designed just for you. This package contains:

Pre-Evaluation Session: In this initial session, we’ll discuss your current dietary habits, health goals, and any concerns you may have about transitioning to a plant-based diet. We’ll also conduct a thorough evaluation to understand your nutritional needs and preferences.

Customized Week Meal and Exercise Plan: Based on your evaluation, I’ll create a personalized meal and exercise plan tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. This plan will include delicious and nutrient-dense plant-based recipes, as well as exercise recommendations to support your overall health and well-being.

Veggies and Carbs

Bi-weekly Adjustments: Every two weeks, we’ll review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your meal and exercise plan. Whether you’re struggling with certain foods, experiencing cravings, or simply looking for new recipes to try, we’ll work together to ensure you stay on track and achieve your goals.


Individual Coaching Sessions & Regular Support:  You’ll receive regular one-on-one coaching sessions, where we will go through your experiences and make adjustments to the Meal and Exercise Plan, so you can enjoy the foods you like and choose the exercise. Which fits. your needs. These sessions will provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability as you navigate your transition to a plant-based diet, for all questions in between you will receive support via WhatsApp or email. 

Option 2: I have been on a vegetarian or plant-based diet before

Already familiar with plant-based eating but looking to take your nutrition to the next level? This Advanced Plant-Based Coaching package is designed for individuals who are experienced with plant-based or vegetarian diets and are ready to optimize their health and performance.

Pre-Evaluation Session: In this initial session, we’ll discuss your current dietary habits, health goals, and any concerns you may have about transitioning to a plant-based diet. We’ll also conduct a thorough evaluation to understand your nutritional needs and preferences.

Customized Week Meal and Exercise Plan: Based on your evaluation, I’ll create a personalized meal and exercise plan tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. This plan will include delicious and nutrient-dense plant-based recipes, as well as exercise recommendations to support your overall health and well-being.
