Pre-Evaluation Session: In this initial session, we’ll assess your current weight, dietary habits, health goals, and any challenges you may face when it comes to weight gain. We’ll also conduct a comprehensive evaluation to understand your nutritional needs and preferences.

Customized Meal and Exercise Plan: Based on your evaluation, we’ll create a personalized meal and exercise plan tailored to your weight loss goals and lifestyle. This plan will include nutrient-rich plant-based recipes designed to support weight loss, as well as exercise recommendations to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Bi-Weekly Adjustments: Every 2/3 weeks, we’ll review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your meal and exercise plan. Whether you’re struggling to shed those last few pounds or looking to maintain your weight loss success, we’ll work together to ensure you stay on track and achieve long-term success.


Individual Coaching Sessions & Regular Support:  You’ll receive regular one-on-one coaching sessions, where we will go through your experiences and make adjustments to the Meal and Exercise Plan, so you can enjoy the foods you like and choose the exercise which fits your needs. These sessions will provide ongoing support, guidance, and accountability as you navigate your transition to a plant-based diet, for all questions in between you will receive support via WhatsApp or email.
